RETURNS POLICY

All products purchased at Australian Fresh Leaf Herbs are covered by our Returns Policy.

With Proof of Purchase

If the product you have purchased from Australian Fresh Leaf Herbs is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.

Australian Fresh Leaf Herbs reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store, will be borne by you.

If you have changed your mind…

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange for a change of mind on:

  • fresh produce items (because we don’t know how they have been handled or stored once they have left our store)
  • any refrigerated fresh food items such as dairy, meats, frozen goods (because of health and safety regulations)

Without Proof of Purchase

Australian Fresh Leaf Herbs reserves the right to deny a refund or an exchange without proof of purchase.
